1. Vehicle Purchases

All vehicle sales (new or pre-owned) are considered final once the sale is completed and ownership is transferred. We do not offer refunds on completed purchases except in cases of:

  • Proven misrepresentation of vehicle condition or history
  • Legal or regulatory issues that prevent completion of the sale

In such rare cases, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by valid documentation.


2. Booking Amounts / Advance Payments

If you have paid a booking amount or deposit for a vehicle:

  • Fully refundable if the vehicle is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill the order
  • Partially or non-refundable if you cancel the booking without sufficient notice, depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of payment
    (Please refer to your booking agreement or speak with our sales team for specifics.)

3. Financing & Registration Charges

Third-party charges such as loan processing fees, insurance, and registration are non-refundable, as they are processed through external service providers.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • It may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway
