- Once the sale is finalized and ownership is transferred, it is considered final (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
3. Booking and Advance Payments
- Booking amounts or deposits are required to reserve a specific vehicle.
- The deposit amount and terms will be communicated clearly before payment.
- In the event of a cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
4. Vehicle Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on all vehicles, including model year, features, mileage, and condition. However:
- Some details may vary depending on availability or source.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and verify details before purchase.
5. Financing & Documentation
- We may assist in arranging vehicle financing through third-party lenders.
- Approval is subject to the lender’s terms, conditions, and credit evaluation.
- We are not responsible for delays or decisions made by third-party finance providers.
6. Delivery and Registration
- Delivery timelines will be discussed at the time of sale and may vary based on vehicle availability, registration, and documentation processing.
- All government registration fees, insurance, and taxes are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Warranties
- New vehicles may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Pre-owned vehicles may come with limited warranty options or be sold on an “as-is” basis unless specified.
- Customers should review and understand any applicable warranty terms at the time of purchase.
8. Liability
Premier Car World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or purchase of vehicles. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our site or services.
